Terms, privacy and cookies.
How bookings, session data and cookies are handled at SW:ING Studio. Bookings and payments run through Foremost Golf, so the terms shown at checkout apply to the slot you take.

Terms and conditions.
Sessions are booked and paid for through Foremost Golf. The terms presented in that booking flow apply to the slot, alongside the studio conditions below.
- To move or cancel a session, ring 07375 312658. Give as much notice as you can: the studio is a single bay, so a late cancellation usually cannot be refilled.
- Sessions start at the booked time. Arriving late shortens the session rather than extending it.
- Clients play their own clubs. The studio is not responsible for wear, damage or fault found in equipment brought in.
- Junior sessions run in groups of four. A parent or guardian should be contactable for the duration.
- Group sessions are booked by one person on behalf of the group, and that person is responsible for the booking.
Privacy.
This notice explains what personal information SW:ING Studio collects, why, who sees it, how long it is kept and the choices you have.
Who is responsible
- SW:ING Studio is owned and run by Stuart Wilson, who is responsible for your personal information (the data controller).
- Write to SW:ING Studio, Glynneath Golf Club, Penygraig, Pontneddfechan, SA11 5UH, ring 07375 312658, or email stuart.wilson@foremostgolf.com.
What is collected
- Enquiries: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and what you write in the contact form or the Session Finder.
- Sessions: launch monitor numbers, pressure and weight transfer traces, and video recorded during a session, held against your name so you and Stuart can compare progress across visits. It is not sold or shared.
- Bookings and payments: handled in Foremost Golf, the platform the studio runs its diary on.
- Website use: only if you accept analytics, anonymous counts of page visits and call button clicks, with no cookies and nothing that identifies you.
- Spam checks: when you use an enquiry form, Google reCAPTCHA looks at technical information about your device and how the form is used, to check that you are a person.
Why it is used, and the legal basis
- Answering your enquiry and emailing you a copy: Stuart’s legitimate interest in replying to people who contact the studio, and steps you ask for before booking.
- Coaching sessions and their data: to provide the sessions you book, under your contract with the studio.
- Analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from Cookie choices in the footer.
- Spam protection: Stuart’s legitimate interest in keeping the forms free of spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA scores each submission automatically as a security check only; it makes no other decision about you. If a message is refused, call or WhatsApp Stuart on 07375 312658 instead.
Who it is shared with
- Vercel, which hosts this website and provides the analytics.
- Resend, which sends the enquiry emails.
- Google, for reCAPTCHA, and for the map if you choose to load it.
- Foremost Golf, which runs the booking system and the foremostgolf.com email account enquiries go to.
- It is not passed to anyone else unless the law requires it.
Outside the UK
- Vercel, Resend and Google may handle information in the United States. They rely on safeguards UK law recognises, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long it is kept
- Enquiries: as long as needed to answer you and deal with any follow-up, then deleted.
- Session data: while you are coached at the studio, so progress can be compared. Ask Stuart and it will be deleted.
- Analytics: Vercel discards its daily visitor code after 24 hours; reports hold only counts.
- Your cookie choice: six months, on your own device.
Your rights
- You can ask for a copy of the information held about you, and ask for it to be corrected, deleted, restricted or moved to another provider. You can object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time. To do any of these, email stuart.wilson@foremostgolf.com. Stuart will reply within one month.
Complaints
- If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, tell Stuart first: email stuart.wilson@foremostgolf.com. He will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and tell you the outcome.
- You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
